Bruce and Jackie moved to Elie in 2003 where they have established themselves 
in the main street of the village. Elie is a lovely part of the country, within easy reach of Edinburgh and close to St Andrews, the home of Scottish golf.
Bruce learned his craft over many years working as Chef for such companies as

but it had always been in his mind to make his mark running an intimate restaurant that had a relaxed, very comfortable and homely feel to it as the atmosphere is as important as the food...
